Vous assurez la structuration des pratiques RH de l\u2019entreprise et participez \u00e0 la refonte de la politique RH, y compris onboarding, diversit\u00e9 &amp; inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>Vous g\u00e9rez les relations sociales (pr\u00e9paration des n\u00e9gociations, \u00e9changes avec le CSE, accords collectifs) et conduisez \u00e9galement la veille juridique et sociale.
