Day-to-day Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and nurturing professional relationships with clients and candidates.

You will own the entire 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing suitable candidates, presenting job opportunities, managing accounts, and negotiating contracts.

Your role includes matching quality candidates to client vacancies and supporting both sides throughout the hiring process, from the initial screening to offer stage.
