Entry-level role with full training, immediate start, clear career progression, and hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and business development.
Are you a recent graduate looking for your next professional step? The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator position offers a monthly salary range of £2,458–£2,708. This is a full-time, on-site position with an immediate start, with no previous experience required, as full training is provided. If you are motivated to kick-start your career, there’s lots of space to grow and learn here.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks. You’ll assist in the delivery of dynamic marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness and acquiring customers.
Another key responsibility is contributing to the development of the sales team. You’ll learn management skills while working toward meeting targets and KPIs.
Business development is also a main part of the job, as you’ll be supporting the process of identifying new opportunities and helping to build strong client relationships.
You will take part in ongoing training across sales, marketing, and leadership, all while working directly with experienced team members keen to help you progress.
This environment is fast-paced and team-driven, making it perfect for those who thrive on collaboration and variety.
What’s Great About This Job?
One clear benefit is the comprehensive, ongoing training. You don’t need previous experience – determination and a genuine interest in marketing or sales are enough to get you started.
There’s a structured path to advancement, with progression routes such as the Management Trainee Programme, making this an ideal launchpad for ambitious grads.
Potential Downsides
The entry-level nature means the salary is modest compared to more senior positions, and the role requires a strong commitment to learning on the job daily.
Because the work is on-site and fast-moving, it might not suit those seeking hybrid or remote opportunities, or who prefer routine over variety and teamwork.
Verdict: Is This the Role for You?
If you’re results-driven, eager to develop new skills, and want to gain practical marketing experience while earning, this isn’t an opportunity you want to miss.
However, be ready to embrace a steep learning curve, collaborate closely with others, and bring a proactive attitude every day. If that excites you, consider making your application now.
