La flexibilit\u00e9 est au c\u0153ur du poste et l\u2019association adapte les missions \u00e0 vos disponibilit\u00e9s, dans un esprit humain et bienveillant.<\/p>\n<h2>Les missions au quotidien<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019engagement consiste \u00e0 accompagner les enfants porteurs de handicap et leurs proches dans leurs besoins journaliers. Vous intervenez selon votre emploi du temps, pour des actions telles que le jeu, l\u2019aide \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 ou le soutien \u00e0 la parentalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque profil et chaque comp\u00e9tence sont valoris\u00e9s : le b\u00e9n\u00e9volat de comp\u00e9tences prend ici tout son sens. Encadrement, \u00e9coute, moments conviviaux, chaque moment partag\u00e9 est unique et pr\u00e9cieux pour les familles.<\/p>\n<h3>Atouts de la mission<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019association offre une formation compl\u00e8te (entretien, e-learning, retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience). Vous n\u2019\u00eates jamais seul : une \u00e9quipe professionnelle accompagne chaque b\u00e9n\u00e9vole. \u00c9changes avec les familles et soutien entre b\u00e9n\u00e9voles renforcent le sentiment d\u2019appartenance, dans un climat s\u00e9curisant.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre avantage : l\u2019impact concret. Vous contribuez \u00e0 briser l\u2019isolement des familles, \u00e0 leur offrir un vrai soutien, tout en tissant des liens humains riches de valeur.<\/p>\n<h3>Inconv\u00e9nients possibles<\/h3>\n<p>Bien que flexible, un engagement minimal d\u2019une heure par mois est demand\u00e9.
